How does it stack up?

EZ Sludge is an alternative to these expensive technologies. EZ Sludge is an advance on a tried an true technology, Geotube Geotextile sludge filters, with a number of significant enhancements.

• System receives sludge and dewaters automatically (see how it operates).
• EZ Sludge offers a containerized system which allow sludge to be pumped directly and automatically to the system from the source. No vapors or odors. No water sprays from the system.
• Vapors are captured system is fully enclosed.
• Filtered water is captured and drains or is pumped. It can be further treated if needed.
• The sludge can then be handled in a number of ways depending on the volume.
  • Dump dewatered sludge out the bottom
  • Remove the sludge and the filter and replace
• If drier solids are needed, we offer an Air Assisted version, EZ-AA, which utilizes high velocity air for further dewater the sludge. This system can achieve higher solids percentages and further reduce the volume.

Performance:

• EZ Sludge can match or beat the performance of a Filter Press (at a fraction of the cost) with no operator.
• EZ Sludge Air (EZ-AA) Assist unit can match or beat the performance of a centrifuge (at a fraction of the cost).

This unique system requires very little effort or time from the operators and has few moving parts. There is nothing to really break down and the system offers built in redundancy.

While the system can be scaled up or down, the system typically requires more space than mechanized systems. This physical size can be a limiting factor for many industrial customers that simply do not have the space.
