Depending on the process, the solids are mixed with polymer and then pumped to the EZ Sludge System. The system utilizes an EZ-SF (specially designed Geotubeâ„¢) sludge filter. Over time, the water drains from the unit with some assistance from a mild pressure. Typically more than one EZ-SF is used. The system automatically cycles back and forth until one EZ-SF is full. The system alerts the operator and the EZ-SF is either emptied by gravity or is removed and replaced.

The EZ Sludge system is an advance on Geotubesâ„¢ which are a proven technology in the industry for many years. The system is typically enclosed with water recovery and full automation. While we offer standard packages, the system is fully customizable.
